mixsoon PDRN Collagen Retinal 6 Capsule Serum 30ml

Feels great on skin I bought some for my mom. I am in my mid 50s and my mom in her mid 70s so anything to keep our skin healthy and glowing is welcomed.

I use serums quite a bit, but I'm pretty picky on the ones that I like. This PDRN serum by Mixsoon is one that's on my "yes" list.The serum comes in a small bottle with a dropper in the lid. This dropper is what you use to dispense the serum, which is thin and transparent. It absorbs easily into my skin without any greasy feeling. It adds a bit of moisture as well, though if you need significant hydration you'll need to add another moisturizer. No real scent that I can detect. It does seem to firm somewhat as well.I'll continue to use this regularly (likely in the mornings). I'm interested to see how it will perform over the longer term.

I’ve been adding this serum to my evening skincare routine, and so far I’ve had good experience. The texture is lightweight absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky.

I have used multiple mixsoon products and have had good experiences with almost all of them, so I was excited to try mixsoon's PDRN Collagen Retinal 6 Capsule Serum. However, I was also a little nervous, because my skin doesn't always handle retinal well. Some context: I'm in my early 50s and have dry, sensitive skin. I also have mild rosacea. As a result, I try to avoid fragrance--whether artificial or natural--in my skincare products, because fragrance is an irritant that can cause a rosacea flare. I also seek to avoid other potential irritants. While I do not consider retinal an irritant (it has many anti-aging benefits), it does have the potential to irritate sensitive skin and I need to tread carefully as a result.I did a patch on my inner forearm for several days with no issues, so I then moved on to testing the product on my face. One of the many good things about K-beauty products is that they tend to be gentler than US skincare products; their formulations are not as aggressive and work more slowly over time. That is a good thing for someone like me, and it proved true here. I have had no issues at all with skin irritation while using this serum. While I don't use it every day, I use it a few times a week with problem. I am continuing to build up my use so that eventually I will be using it every other day, if not daily.The ingredient list here is fantastic, as it is for most mixsoon products, and there are many ingredients that help soften any irritation the retinal could cause--lots of soothing ingredients. Many ingredients also have hydrating and anti-aging properties. This serum is free of fragrance as well as "natural" sources of fragrance such as essential oils (which can be highly irritating to my skin).The texture of this serum was different from most other serums I've tried. It is thick and gel-like; I assume that's because of the capsules. However, this applied beautifully and was absorbed quickly by my skin, with no stickiness or tackiness. It was definitely hydrating.Overall, I am very happy with this product

Here, This is one of those products that looks so enticing that I can’t wait to use it at night. Silly as that may seem it helps me keep on top of my routine and consistency is key to getting good results.It’s no secret that Mixsoon makes great skincare products. People raving about the brand is what got me into Korean skincare originally. So if you haven’t heard of Mixsoon and wound up here you’re already in luck.I love the little floating “capsules” in this serum. They’re like tiny blobs of oil containing different forms of retinol. They suspend the ingredients to keep them effective and add a hydrating, skin conditioning quality. I’m already accustomed to using retinol but I believe this is stronger than other serums I have. The hydrating and soothing ingredients in here likely offset any potential drying retinols can cause. I’ve had no reactions to this serum, either redness or dryness. And given my dry skin and says a lot. Even though it’s an anti-aging formula it leaves skin feeling moisturized and comfortable. It’s not sticky or heavy which makes it great to use before bed.The ingredient list is impressive for what is in this serum but also for what they leave out! No alcohols, no fragrance. Plus it’s vegan!The price is pretty standard for a bottle of good serum these days and yet this is probably better than most for the price point. It comes well packaged too with safety seals so you know it’s fresh. 2 thumbs up!

As someone who has repeatedly failed at adding retinol products into my skincare routine, this serum has been a pleasant surprise. Most retinol products I've tried end up drying out my skin, causing irritation, pilling under other products, or simply becoming the step I forget to use. This one has been much easier to stick with.The serum contains tiny retinal capsules suspended throughout the formula. It's a clever design and makes the application process a little more interesting than your average serum.The texture is lightweight, hydrating, and completely non-sticky. It layers beautifully with the rest of my routine and doesn't interfere with my other serums or moisturizers. Unlike many retinol products, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, dry, or uncomfortable afterward.I've been using it consistently for a couple of weeks without irritation, which is something I honestly can't say about most retinol products. While I haven't been using it long enough to report dramatic changes in fine lines or texture, I appreciate that it fits seamlessly into my routine rather than forcing me to work around it.I use it at night and still make sure to wear sunscreen during the day, but so far it's been one of the most user-friendly retinal products I've tried. If you've struggled with traditional retinol products because of dryness, irritation, or compatibility issues with the rest of your skincare, this serum is worth a look.For the price, the 30 mL bottle feels like a good value, and the formula has been enjoyable enough that I've actually remembered to use it consistently—which may be the highest compliment I can give a retinoid product

I love this product for the hydration alone. I haven’t used long enough to tell a difference although the lines around my top lip have definitely gotten better! Leaves my skin glowing.

I use this before bed. My skin feels hydrated and only slightly sticky. My face feels hydrated while I sleep.

Hydrating, smoothes out wrinkles and gives my face a glass like appearance. I use it every night without any irritation or redness although I do not have sensitive skin. I ne of the few products I won't go without!

Another nice serum from this brand. I do struggle with texture, so I was excited to try this one. It feels lightweight and layers well with the rest of my routine. It absorbs nicely and does not feel heavy on my skin. I like that it includes retinal, niacinamide, and peptides, which are great for smoothing and firming.It is still early, but I am hopeful this will help with my texture over time. You do need to be patient with retinal and stay consistent. So far, my sensitive skin has handled it well with no irritation. The price is fair for the ingredients and how well it performs.
