I've never experienced a facial cleansing product this nice! I usually have the unsurprising issues with western products being too harsh or drying, and the only ones that tend to get most of the makeup off my face at the end of the day lathers and gets everywhere. This cleanser is way better! The oily texture upon application feels a lot nicer to me than foaming cleansers, ans not only does it get every ounce of makeup off my face effortlessly and then some, it somehow doesn't dry my skin out in the slightest. I actually look forward to cleansing my face nowadays thanks to this product! Also, two weeks in and my pores are way less visible overall, and this is without any nose strips or additional cleansers or scrubs, or any such things. The fact that there's collagen in it also makes me feel a little better as I start to get a little further into adulthood and want to get a head start on prepping my skin to age beautifully rather than painfully. Definitely recommend!
It could be a good product, but This has been the worst customer service experience Iโve ever had. After placing my order, I found the same products on Amazon at a much lower price. I immediately emailed customer support to cancel my order, following the instructions on the website. Despite sending emails every day for three days, no one responded. I ended up receiving the order without ever hearing back from anyone. Not only did they ignore my cancellation request, but they also never offered any solution. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Such a scam.
