Received a Bifida Essence expiring November 6, 2026 — only about 2 months away. Other products in the same order expire in 2029. There was no disclosure that this was a near-expiration item. I contacted customer service twice and received no response. Very disappointing.
I started using bifida Ferment Essence to address the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. After using it daily for a couple of months, the acne scars have faded a lot.
Love this product! After I started using the Soondy Centella Asiatica Essence, my skin felt smoother and even plumper. I felt more confident in going out without makeup. When I put on makeup, my foundation went on smoother so I didn't use as much.

Since I expended more than three days trying to cancel my order cause I found a better price on Amazon, nobody has contacted me and also they offer you return the orden but you have only 14 days to do so and you have to pay for the return.
