I love cleansing balms, and this one is no exception. It is soft and hydrating without leaving behind any oily residue, and does a great job removing SPF and makeup, leaving behind cleansed and hydrated skin. There is a scent, but it is light and not cloying, and doesn't linger on your face like perfume. I love the grinding feature, eliminating the need to dip fingers in the pot or use a spatula. As a bonus, the jar is a pretty pink and white design and looks great on my skincare shelf.
Mixsoon collagen cleansing balm. To start with the application for this is a simple twist to dispense the amount you need. No putting fingers in the container for cross contamination. This balm is not greasy with a light scent. Removes makeup and leaves skin hydrated and smooth.
This cleanser is so nice!! The container and delivery method is very unique, the cleanser is thick but glides and melts onto the skin. It feels almost like oil with how slick and soft it is! After massaging it all over my face, I did wet my fingertips and tried to do the emulsify part, it doesn't lather but there is definitely a difference in consistency. This made my skin the softest ever and feeling very clean! I love this so much!!
I was pleasantly surprised to find a product that deeply cleans yet doesnโt strip my skin, leaving me feeling tight and dehydrated. I have very dry skin so itโs difficult finding cleansers. Although this isnโt something Iโd use or need daily, there is definitely a place for this in my routine.I was a little worried about how the jar doles out the product thinking there might be waste. The design of the jar is a bit hard to explain but you can check it out in the photos. Basically you twist the top and the cleanser pops out of 2 holes but it does so very slowly giving you a lot of control.The balm feels so smooth on the skin when applied and leaves you feeling clean but not dry!Ohโฆ.and it also came very well sealed. Love tamper proof packaging
Really like this as first step in cleansing - removes all my makeup including waterproof mascara and does not sting eyes. Like the container as well - easy to dispense as much or as little as you need.

I've never experienced a facial cleansing product this nice! I usually have the unsurprising issues with western products being too harsh or drying, and the only ones that tend to get most of the makeup off my face at the end of the day lathers and gets everywhere. This cleanser is way better! The oily texture upon application feels a lot nicer to me than foaming cleansers, ans not only does it get every ounce of makeup off my face effortlessly and then some, it somehow doesn't dry my skin out in the slightest. I actually look forward to cleansing my face nowadays thanks to this product! Also, two weeks in and my pores are way less visible overall, and this is without any nose strips or additional cleansers or scrubs, or any such things. The fact that there's collagen in it also makes me feel a little better as I start to get a little further into adulthood and want to get a head start on prepping my skin to age beautifully rather than painfully. Definitely recommend!
I bought this cleansing balm for my wife, and itโs become one of her favorite makeup removers. It melts into the skin quickly and does a great job of removing makeup, sunscreen, and everyday impurities without requiring a lot of rubbing. She likes that it rinses off easily and leaves her skin feeling clean and soft instead of dry or tight. It also has a smooth texture thatโs easy to scoop out and apply.
Very effective at removing makeup and gets perfectly milky when washing off with water.

It could be a good product, but This has been the worst customer service experience Iโve ever had. After placing my order, I found the same products on Amazon at a much lower price. I immediately emailed customer support to cancel my order, following the instructions on the website. Despite sending emails every day for three days, no one responded. I ended up receiving the order without ever hearing back from anyone. Not only did they ignore my cancellation request, but they also never offered any solution. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Such a scam.

This is why you shouldn't buy proper skincare products in random places. I'm sorry but this "cleansing balm" is absolutely rubbish. I only have myself and the manufacturer to blame. Myself- for thinking I can get a decent skincare product not from genuine skincare company; the manufacturer- for creating this concoction and telling people it works. I've used different cleansing balm over the years, some high end, some more pocket friendly and i can tell you right now- this product does not do the job. I like the idea of the twist but that's about it. The balm is very hard to emulsify, hard on your skin and first and foremost does not melt your make up. Took me ages to rub and scrub to clean off mascara and foundation. Bear in mind, I'm not a skincare newbie so the review is quite..tame. Disappointing product, will not purchase again.
