Conducting an at-home patch test is simple and essential for your safety. Begin by selecting a small area on your skin, preferably behind the ear or on the inner forearm. Apply a small amount of the product and gently rub it into the skin. Let it sit for the recommended duration, typically 24-48 hours. During this time, observe for any adverse reactions like redness, itching, or irritation. If you experience any discomfort, rinse the area thoroughly and refrain from using the product. This patch test helps ensure compatibility with your skin before using the product more extensively

Creating a personalized skincare routine is key! While the order may vary depending on the product line, we generally suggest the following routine for optimal results: Start by using a Cleansing Oil or Cleansing Water to effectively remove impurities, makeup, and other residues from your skin. Follow up with a gentle Cleansing Foam for a thorough and deeper clean to ensure your skin is free from any remaining impurities and makeup. Apply a Toner to balance and prep your skin for better absorption of subsequent products. Use an Essence to hydrate and address specific skincare concerns. Finally, complete your routine by applying a Cream to moisturize and protect your skin. When applying an Essence, it's beneficial to start with lighter formulations and proceed to thicker ones for better absorption and efficacy

If you find yourself without a package when your shipment status reads "Delivery Complete", reach out to us at global_cs@mixsoon.us right away.

***To receive a full compensation on your lost package, it is indispensable that you notify mixsoon within a month of the claimed delivered date, since we only retain your shipping records for up to a month.
We ship mixsoon products directly from our US storage, utilizing UPS and USPS for delivery.
Your billing address and shipping address do not need to match. However, for security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.
It is our utmost priority to have your packages delivered quickly and reliably. Ergo, we highly recommend that you require a signature upon delivery to confirm the completion of your delivery. A contactless delivery, though convenient and efficient, cannot ensure the safety of your packages and as stated in our policy, mixsoon is not liable for accidental destruction of, loss of, or damage to the packages after shipping.
Yes. We ship to APO and FPO addresses using USPS.
From time to time, a missed delivery or failed delivery attempt does happen due to your absence at the time of delivery or an incomplete/unclear address.
To prevent such mishappening, our team will reach out to you via email to notify you of this issue. If, despite our efforts to get in contact with you to resolve this issue, you don't respond to us promptly, the package will be returned to us, and you will receive a refund payment with the return fee deducted.
***Please understand that time is of the essence for a full refund, as mixsoon complies with UPS and USPS policies on the possible days of storage for pending packages.
NOTE: We do not edit the address that the customer has provided, without the confirmation from the customer. The address on the shipping label is printed out exactly as the customer has written when placing the order.
If the customer's personal information was provided incorrectly when placing the order, and the package retruns to the seller, the round trip fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that were given for free must also be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Returns based on change of mind reasons, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When you receive the refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer returns for products that were purchased from our website/stores directly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at global_cs@mixsoon.us.
Exchanges based on change of mind reasons will be available only if the customer pays for the round trip shipping fee.
In other words, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When you receive the refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
